Anti-Drug Songs

If you would like to use any of the songs below in your Anti-Drug program, or if you would like to add your Anti-Drug song here, please email us here for details.

Don't Do What I have Done
[ stream ] [ download ] [ mp3 ringtone ]

Hopefully this song will be in a motion picture to help stop drug abuse and save lives. Some of you may remember this song from the original song "Seasons in the Sun". It is our goal to create a media outlet that's main function is to educate the public and bring money into the agency. The song was written by Sean Cononie some 20 years ago and was brought out by Sean because he has seen so many people overdose on Pain Medication. Sean is not a drug addict but took the views of many addicts to finally finish the song in the year 2002. It was sang by Esperance, the Angel of Hope.

NEW!!! We are looking for someone(s) to re-sing our song.
Please either upload your song to YouTube. Then email us the video link using our form mail
here.
Or send us your CD/DVD to our
mailing address.

This is the original song by Terry Jacks:

...And this is our song.

Contest Rules: Please stick to our original lyrics “see below”.
We feel that the words to this song are powerful. If you have any questions on what we are looking for please send us an
email.
You may use any melody you like or you can play the original tune at any tempo.  Male and/or female vocals will both be looked at.

Good Bye To You My Druggy Friends
We’ve Taken Ludes Since We Were Nine Or Ten
Together We Sniffed Coke And Tea
Learned Of Acid And Pcp
Caught By Cops And Still Precede

Good By My Friends It Time To Die
With All The Drugs We Took To Get This High
Now That The Smoke Is In The Air
Pretty Colors Every Where
When You See Them I Won’t Be There

We Had Joints We Had Fun We Had Opium In The Sun
That The Wine And Bongs Made Us Feel As We Were Gone

Good Bye My Dealer Please Pray For Me
I Was The Burn Out Of The Family
You Tired To Sell Me Broken Bongs
To Much Wine And Too Much Rum
Wonder How We Lived So Long

Good By My Dealer It Times To Die
My Body Is Gone From All The Drugs You Sold
Now That The Smoke Is In The Air
Pretty Colors Every Where
When You See Them I Won’t Be There

We Had Joints We Had Fun We Had Opium In The Sun
That The Wine And Bongs Made Us Feel As We Were Gone
We Had Joints We Had Fun We Had Opium In The Sun
That The Wine And Bongs Made Us Feel As We Were Gone

Good Bye My Friends You Were The Ones
You Gave Me Drugs And Helped Me Find The Ground.
Now That I Am Really, Really Down
I Had Wished You Came Around
But You Didn’t And I’ll Be Gone

Good By My Friends It Time To Die
When I Am Gone Please Don’t You Cry?
And Don’t Ask Yourself Why

Just Pass The Word All Around
Don’t Do What I Have Done

We Had Joints We Had Fun
Now It Time To Settle Down
Pass The Word All Around
Don’t You Do What I Have Done

We Had Joints We Had Fun
Now It Time To Settle Down
Pass The Word All Around
Don’t You Do What I Have Done

We Had Joints We Had Fun
Now It Time To Settle Down
Pass The Word All Around
Don’t You Do What I Have Done

We Had Joints We Had Fun
Now It Time To Settle Down
Pass The Word All Around
Don’t You Do What I Have Done
